Our Methodology: The 5 Phases of Construction
Renovation Nation’s process is built on structure, transparency, and precision.
Each project moves through our five defined phases:
Initiation – Sales
We begin with listening. Our Sales Representatives collaborate with clients to understand their goals, style, and budget, capturing essential details through our Client Selections Template. This phase establishes trust, defines scope, and ensures alignment on expectations and feasibility.
Planning – Prebuild
The Prebuild Team coordinates design development, product selections, and construction documentation. Using Buildertrend and digital specification tools, we assemble drawings, estimates, permits, and schedules — creating a clear project roadmap and accurate cost control foundation.
Execution – Rough-Ins
Our skilled field teams and trusted trade partners bring the plan to life. Framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are executed with precision. The Superintendent oversees daily site operations while the Project Manager ensures communication, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
